Our UK team will arrange for you to visit us in Spain at a time that suits you. We will make arrangements for you to fly from your nearest airport offering direct flights to Alicante or Murcia. Our driver will collect you from the airport and take you back to the airport at the end of your stay.

We will map out an itinerary where you will have the opportunity to visit the developments which suit your requirements and budget. You will also be shown around the surrounding areas, giving you a feel for the local lifestyle.

Our viewing trips are for two or three nights

Our driver will collect you promptly on your arrival at Alicante or Murcia airport and take you directly to your accommodation.

We will arrange with you a convenient time to start viewing our properties and the local area.

We will show you our properties on a one to one basis at your leisure, ensuring a friendly and personal service at all times.

During your stay you will have the opportunity to explore the local sights and facilities at your leisure.

We will not put pressure on you to buy. We have a clear no obligation to purchase policy.

We will take you back to the airport at the end of your stay.

All flight arrangements are organised by our UK team.

Our Viewing Trips are heavily subsidised, and are only designed for people wishing to inspect our properties with a view to purchase. All we ask is that customers have their finances in place and are in a position to proceed with the purchase should they find a suitable property during their visit.

• Bookings are not confirmed until we have received payment in full.
• All travel and accommodation arrangements are finalised by our UK team.
• Arrangements cannot be changed or money refunded once the booking has been confirmed.
• Our Viewing Trips are heavily subsidised, and are only designed for people wishing to inspect our properties with a view to purchasing.
• The use of a subsidised Viewing Trip for any other purpose will result in the full cost of the visit being charged.
